Horse Racing System – Dark Horse

The Dark Horse racing system has a focus on handicap races where we look for runners that are bottom in the weights but have had good recent form. The handicapper has not overly punished the horse with the weights for todays race giving it a weight advantage over other runners. We find fit, in form horses, that are low down in the weights. We also ensure the odds provide some value.

System Rules

• Must be a handicap race in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA and WA on any day.
• Distance 800m to 1250m
• Maximum starters 13
• Favourite or Second Favourite
• TAB number 7 or higher
• Last start finishes 1st, 2nd or 3rd
• Last start within 28 days
• Win strike rate between 25% and 79%
• Price at jump between $3.30 and $5.99
